Refund Policy for Courses
No refund of any kind, partial or full.
We guarantee that by taking (and participating actively in) any Studyidiomas course, you’ll have better fluency in English or Spanish than ever before. More understanding of native speakers, more fluent speaking skills and more confidence in your abilities.
We cannot guarantee perfect fluency or specific results for anyone and everyone. We would be suspicious of anyone who could promise that. Achieving fluency is a challenging process and hard work.
If you are not amazed at the quality of our course, send us an email with the reason why you are not happy with it so that we can improve the experience for you and help you reach your goals.
As a general rule, the value of lessons will not be returned to clients. However, in case of force majeure, and provided that the parties (Teachers and Students) agree, the value of one or more lessons may be returned to clients in the way they specify and always at the expense of Studyidiomas.
On Studyidiomas, a lesson can only be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the lesson start time. Once the lesson is canceled, it will be added to the package. The lesson will only be canceled or rescheduled when the other party agrees to the request. Otherwise, the lesson will proceed at the originally scheduled time.
If you cannot take a lesson, make sure you are notifying your teacher at your earliest convenience. Talk with your teacher and see if a refund or rescheduling can be arranged.
